Arsen Danielian is a founder and senior shareholder of DLK Law Corp. He exclusively practices immigration and naturalization law, having over 39 years of experience.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Danielian received his LL.B. degree (1978) from the National University of Iran, and his M.A. in Political Science (1982) and J.D. (1984) degrees from the University of La Verne, California. He also holds the distinction of being named an honorary Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) by the Armenian State Pedagogical University of Yerevan.
After several years of practicing law in the Los Angeles area, in 1991, Mr. Danielian joined the law firm of Halstead, Baker & Olson and became a partner of the firm in 1993. Thereafter, in 1995, Mr. Danielian became one of the founding members of BOLD Law, the predecessor firm of DLK Law Corp.
Long before becoming an attorney, Mr. Danielian dedicated his time and resources to his community from Iran to the U.S. through numerous chairmanship positions with the Scholarship Fund, Board of Education, Executive Council, and National Representative Assemblies of the Western Prelacy of the Armenian Church of the U.S.; General Assembly of the Holy See of Cilicia; Board of Trustees of the Armenian Society of Los Angeles; and Ambassadors of Faith of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of the U.S.
Mr. Danielian currently serves on the Governing Board of Adventist Health, Glendale and is past chair of the hospital's Healthcare Foundation. He has served as a member of the Central Executive Council of the Catholicosate of the Holy See of Cilicia in Lebanon; and as a member of the Diocesan Council, and Stewardship Committee of the Western Diocese; as a member of the Board of Directors of the Glendale Symphony Orchestra Association; Southern California Presbyterian Homes Foundation; Central Committee of the Armenian Cultural Foundation and Board of Directors of the Armenian National Committee of America, Western Region of the U.S.; United Armenian Fund; Armenian Educational Foundation; Board of Trustees of the American Armenian International College of the University of La Verne; and Board of Trustees of the Holy Martyrs Armenian Church and Ferrahian Schools.
Mr. Danielian has contributed several political, legal and literary articles to English, Armenian and Persian language publications around the world. He has been a public speaker, lecturer, keynote speaker, master of ceremonies at numerous civic, community and academic events and graduation ceremonies.
He was presented with the Erwin J. Remboldt Award for outstanding philanthropy from Adventist Health; is a recipient of St. Nerses Shnorhali Medal of Honor and Pontifical Encyclical of the Armenian Apostolic Church for his more than 40 years of dedicated service to the Armenian Apostolic Church; and Certificate of Commendation by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for dedicated service to the affairs of community.
Most notably, Mr. Danielian was recognized by His Holiness Pope Francis with one of the most prestigious honors bestowed by the Supreme Pontiff of the Catholic Church - The Papal Order of Knight Commander of Sanit Sylvester (KCSS). He was awarded the Medal of the Order of Saint Sylvester on April 10, 2023 for his many years of dedicated service to the Church and society.
Mr. Danielian is fluent in the Armenian and Farsi languages.
